Refund policy

14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, original packaging. Perishable food (dates, honey, etc.) cannot be returned once opened unless defective/damaged. Gift boxes and non-food items (prayer rugs, incense burners, Quran stands) returnable if unused, original packaging. Damaged/incorrect items: contact within 48 hours with photos — full replacement or refund, no cost to you. Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving/inspecting the return.
